From the moment Aira warmly greeted me at reception, I sensed a pleasant ambiance at Pension Salome. The hotel's central location, just three blocks from La Gran Vía and conveniently close to metro stations, offered easy access to Madrid's attractions. Mrs Eva's attentive care and the cleanliness of the room were commendable.Although the room was cozy and well-maintained, the advertised compact size and slightly shorter bed might be considerations for taller guests. However, the provision of free toiletries and the presence of a lift for luggage convenience added value to the stay. The absence of pets and smoking on-site ensured a peaceful environment, ideal for adults seeking a tranquil retreat.Pension Salome's proximity to key sights, coupled with the courteous service and essential amenities like free Wi-Fi, made it a practical choice for travelers looking for affordability without compromising on comfort. The hotel offers a satisfactory balance between convenience and cost, making it a viable option for budget-conscious visitors looking for a pleasant stay in Madrid.
